Founder of CNY Skin Health – Dermatology & Aesthetics
Cherice Stebbins is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the visionary founder of CNY Skin Health, a modern dermatology and aesthetics practice rooted in precision, innovation, and elevated patient care.
With over 14 years of healthcare experience, Cherice brings a refined, results-driven approach to both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She specializes in skin cancer detection and treatment, comprehensive medical dermatology—including rashes, acne, and complex skin conditions—as well as advanced cosmetic injectables and cutting-edge laser procedures, including CO₂ resurfacing and comprehensive skin rejuvenation.
In addition to her clinical background, Cherice proudly served 15 years in the United States Air Force, where she developed the discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that continue to define her approach to patient care today.
Cherice earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Utica University and holds dual board certifications through the ANCC and AANP. She has undergone extensive, hands-on training in dermatology and continues to pursue advanced education to remain at the forefront of aesthetic and medical innovation.
Renowned for her meticulous technique and naturally elegant results, Cherice is highly sought after for neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory treatments. As a laser specialist and trainer, she integrates the latest technologies with a personalized approach—ensuring each patient receives tailored, high-level care with exceptional outcomes.
At CNY Skin Health, Cherice has created more than a practice—she has built an experience. Her mission is to deliver elevated, individualized care in a setting where patients feel confident, informed, and genuinely valued.

THOMAS STEBBINS, RN, BSN
Co-Owner | Registered Nurse | FNP Candidate
Thomas Stebbins is a Registered Nurse and co-owner with a strong foundation in medical dermatology, patient care, and evidence-based practice. With over a decade of service in the United States Air Force since 2008, and approaching retirement in the coming years, Thomas brings leadership, precision, and a mission-driven approach to healthcare
He earned his degree in Human Resources from the Community College of the Air Force before completing his nursing education at the Crouse Hospital School of Nursing. He later obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Excelsior College and is currently advancing his clinical expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) candidate at Utica University.
Thomas has four years of experience in acute care nursing, where he developed strong clinical assessment and patient management skills. He also served as a clinical instructor for Utica University for four years, educating and mentoring future nurses in hands-on patient care and clinical decision-making.
Over the past two years, Thomas has focused on medical aesthetics and wellness, with advanced training in laser treatments and microneedling. He holds current ACLS and BLS certifications and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.
His clinical interests include medical dermatology, skin health, anti-aging treatments, and evidence-based wellness therapies. He has a strong passion for health optimization, including peptide therapy, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), nutrition, and exercise, helping patients achieve both aesthetic and overall health goals.
At the clinic, Thomas emphasizes patient education, individualized treatment plans, and medically guided care to ensure safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active through hiking, snowmobiling, ATV riding, paddleboarding, and traveling.
LYN
Patient Care Representative
Lyn has been an integral part of CNY Skin Health since the very beginning and is truly the heart of the patient experience. Known for her compassion, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication, Lyn ensures that every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from start to finish. From greeting patients at the door to assisting with rooming and clinical flow, Lyn helps create a seamless and comfortable visit. Behind the scenes, she plays a vital role in coordinating care—ensuring prescriptions, prior authorizations, and follow-up needs are handled efficiently and without delay.
Trained as a clinical assistant, Lyn brings both administrative excellence and hands-on patient care skills to her role. Her ability to anticipate patient needs and provide personalized support is unmatched. Patients consistently praise Lyn for her kindness and genuine care, and her presence is a cornerstone of what makes CNY Skin Health so special. Simply put, we couldn’t do it without her.
KASSY
Certified Medical Assistant
Kassy is a certified medical assistant with over eight years of specialized experience in dermatology. Her dedication to patient care and her extensive knowledge in the field makes her a vital member of our team. Kassy is passionate about ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and informed throughout their treatment journey. Outside of her professional commitments, Kassy is a devoted wife and mother to a lively four-year-old. She cherishes family time and enjoys creating lasting memories with her loved ones. Kassy’s blend of expertise and compassion contributes significantly to the quality of care we provide at CNY Skin Health.
Teddy is the beloved Patient Care Representative at CNY Skin Health and a trained service dog, playing an important role in creating a calm, welcoming environment for every patient.
Known for his warm greetings, gentle nature, and endless affection, Teddy welcomes patients with tail wags, kisses, and a soothing presence from the moment they walk through the door. He specializes in comfort care—offering snuggles, playtime, and emotional support to both children and adults alike.
Teddy has a special gift for helping younger patients feel safe, relaxed, and even excited for their visits, while also bringing a sense of ease to those who may feel anxious in a medical setting.
